WHAT IS THE LACQUER USED FOR?

Lacquer is one of the processes applied after printing. It is a frequently preferred method because it provides shine and durability. It adds a visual value to printed products as it gives more shine than varnish applications.

The lacquer applied to the printing surface makes the product look brighter and more attractive. It is an application to give and protect the design and aesthetic appearance.

The lacquered paper surface is highly resistant to scratches, moisture, sunlight, and the spread of the print on the paper. Compared to other coating methods, the polish gives the brightest appearance. As the thickness of the paper increases, the probability of cracking in the paper increases during the folding, folding, and cutting processes after printing.

Over Print Lacquer: Over Print Varnish has been created for the security of printed surfaces.
Over Print Matt Lacquer: Uncommonly outlined for overprint applications, to provide matt impact to printed materials.
Release Lacquer: Extraordinarily outlined for cold seal applications, to avoid blocking and picking of ink amid unwinding.
Anti-Slip Lacquer: Anti-slip finish for bunding materials, giving a tall coefficient of grinding and avoids slippage of bundling products.
Primer: Essential Polish has been created for aluminum thwart and metalized film applications to deliver great attachment.
Heat Seal Lacquer: Uncommonly outlined for aluminum thwart applications to allow warm attachment to polypropylene and polystyrene.
Two-Component Matt Lacquer: Two-component matt polish created for chemical&pysical resistance of a printed surface.
UV Lacquer:  Tell sparkle UV enamel created for flexo, letterpress printing on both retaining and nonabsorbing printed materials.

-There are 3 kinds of lacquer:

  1. Partial Lacquer: Obtained by applying glossy cellophane to the specified design area once. It gives shine to the surface. It is applied only to the desired part of the product, not to the whole product. This application is generally preferred by our customers who want to draw attention to their logo, contact information, or slogan.

  2. Relief Lacquer: It is obtained by applying glossy cellophane to the designated design area twice. It has a more pronounced structure than Partial Lacquer. The embossed lacquer application, which is especially preferred for invitations and special day announcements, adds a more elegant appearance to the print product.

  3. Sand Lacquer: It is applied to certain parts of the work to be printed. “Sandblasting effect” gives a more successful result on matte cellophane.
